This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing your use of our website and Services. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

3. SMS and Messaging Services (Additional Rules)
When using our SMS service (available on 360 Pro plans), you must also comply with:
- All applicable laws, including the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- The specific SMS terms set out in our Terms of Service (Sections 14–15).
- Requirements for obtaining valid consent, providing opt-out mechanisms, and restricting message content to transactional or informational purposes only.
4. Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- All content and materials you upload, publish, or transmit through the Services.
- Ensuring that any end users or recipients of communications sent via our Services have given appropriate consent where required.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Immediately notifying us of any suspected breach of this AUP.
5. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor use of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP.
- Suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services (without refund) if you breach this policy.
- Report any illegal or abusive activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
We will endeavour to give you notice of any breach and an opportunity to remedy it where appropriate, but we may act immediately in serious cases.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. The date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
