What happens to my rate after the first year?
Nothing changes. Your Charter Rate is locked in for as long as you remain under my management. The only adjustment is the annual inflation cap — and even that is limited to the official published rate.
What if I need to pause my service?
If you miss a payment, there's a 14-day grace period. Your site stays live. After day 15, it goes offline. If payment isn't received by day 31, your Charter Rate Guarantee status is permanently lost and you'll return at standard rates.
Does the inflation guarantee apply to add-ons?
The inflation guarantee covers your core plan price. Third-party services like email delivery, AI features, and SMS are priced by their providers and may change independently.
What counts as 'leaving' management?
If your rolling 30-day contract lapses (payment not received for more than 30 days), that counts as leaving. You can return at any time, but at standard rates without the inflation guarantee.
Which inflation rate applies to me?
For US clients, the Consumer Price Index as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).
Can I switch between 360 Lite and 360 Pro?
Yes. Charter Rate members can move freely between 360 Lite and 360 Pro without losing their status or inflation guarantee.
